In 2021 our partner in UK found that traditional service by staff can’t satisfy people’s experience, like long queues during peak time, grappling with staffing issue, no technological infrastructure, slow service efficiency. Our partner predicted the use of contactless payment kiosk will eliminate these burdens, so they developed ordering application and took 32 inch kiosk from us for testing. After verifying their software is working very well on our kiosk, they decided to buy 100pcs to sell to many catering business and all service providers which areas need self service.

 

In 2023 they purchased 30pcs for improving inside structure and some details for better installation. In 2024, they purchased 200untis -this is the 3rd generation of kiosk requesting to make customization on packing carton, instruction manual and leakage protection switch, white grommet, etc. These kiosks are mainly sold in UK. In 2025 our customer plans to extend to market like the United Arab Emirates and USA.
